Preparing for Your Passport or Visa Photo

White shirts or tops are not recommended (results in a "floating head" in the picture). Uniforms should not be worn in photographs, unless necessary for religious purposes. As of November 1, 2017, glasses are no longer permitted in US passport photos.

We do US and international passport and visa photos. No appointment necessary. The entire process takes about 10 minutes. Infants are welcome. Digital files are available and can be emailed or copied to your flash drive.

The UVA International Studies Office recommends us to international students for their Optional Practical Training (OPT) visa photos. Bryan's Photo Store is also listed on the Australian Embassy's map of "photographers used by our clients with good results." Call us for more information on our passport and visa photo services.
